We are still open, fully staffed, and continuing to accept new patients. We are continuing heightened cleaning and infection risk management protocols to protect our residents and staff during this global Coronavirus crisis. This includes:
— Entry into our facility is only through the front lobby.
— Everyone entering our facility must have their temperature checked in the front lobby.
— Anyone with a temperature of 100 or above and/or who has traveled to a restricted country in the last 14 days will not be allowed into the facility.
— Increased frequency of hand washing for patients and staff.
— Additional sanitation procedures throughout the facility.
— Additional screening questions for new admissions.
— Teletherapy is being used for family therapy sessions.
— Visitation has been suspended until further notice.
— We are increasing the number of resident phone calls to designated family members.
— Employees who can work from home are doing so.
We continue to work with county and state health departments and comply with Centers for Disease Control requirements and guidelines during this time of heightened concern.
